I am regularly involved with Fish is the Dish in providing recipes for the site and helping promote  fish consumption as part of a healthy diet...

In December 2012 one of my recipes was featured in a Christmas card sold by the British Hen Welfare Trust charity to raise money for the work they do in rescuing and rehoming hens.

In September 2012 one of my recipes was featured in the Macmillan Cancers 'Little Book of Treats' (sold at M&S stores in their coffee shops). The book featured recipes from celebrities as well as food bloggers and was sold with all the profits going to the charity Macmillan Cancer.
